Booking and Cancellations
- Appointments can be made either online.
- Cancellations or rescheduling must be made at least 24 hours in advance prior to the appointment time to avoid any cancellation fees.
Payment
- Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged.
- We accept cash Revolut or pay in full while booking online with your paypal account.
Health and Safety
- It is important to inform your therapist of any medical conditions allergies injuries or concerns before the session.
- We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who presents a health risk to themselves or our staff.
Age Requirement
- Clients must be 18 years or older to receive services without a guardian present.
- Clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a guardian throughout the session.
Confidentiality
- We respect your privacy and will not disclose any personal or medical information without your consent except as required by law.
Professional Conduct
- We expect all clients to behave in a respectful and appropriate manner during their sessions.
- Any inappropriate behavior or requests will result in immediate termination of the session and the client may be asked to leave.
